Day 01. TOUR TO SALAR DE UYUNI.
10:00 am Meeting at our office in Uyuni and at 11:00 am. Departure to our tour to the largest salt desert, in mobility (Land Cruiser - 4x4) On the way we will visit the following tourist attractions:
Train cemetery.- Where you can see very old trains and locomotives dating from the late nineteenth century, most trains circulated with wagons loaded with minerals but it lasted very little time, these trains were part of an industrial past, today Today they have become a tourist destination.

The population of Colchani.- Located on the shores of the great Salar, is the main entrance to the salt desert, where we will observe the activity of salt extraction in an artisanal way. The villagers will teach us the drying, grinding and bagging process ready for consumption, now they are also dedicated to crafts made with salt and textiles.
Mounds of salt "Small pyramids of salt", the settlers of Colchani make these mounds to dry the salt and then be transferred to the population for the process, we will also go through the eyes of the salt, which are small eruptions of water that sprout under the surface.

Hotel de Sal.- Located in the heart of the Salar, built with blocks of salt, both exterior and interior as well as its walls, floors, beds, tables and chairs, all made of salt. That a few years ago it stopped functioning as a hotel, but nowadays it can be visited as a museum.

Incahuasi Island (Isla del Pescado) .- Located in the middle of the salt desert, Incahuasi Island known as "Isla del Pescado" is a rock formation in which there is a great variety of giant cacti with heights over 10 meters , from the top you can see the wonderful landscape of the Salar, after our visit to the island we will have lunch and in the afternoon we will continue enjoying this dazzling white mantle of the Salar and in the afternoon we will return to the town of Uyuni.

Between December - March bring a rain poncho.
