The purpose of this document is to establish the rules for the treatment of data collected from visitors to this website, in addition to recording their activities, in accordance with applicable laws.

Via contact form: The personal data provided are stored in an e-mail program, in the case of information provided via the contact form or "We Call You". Unless expressly requested by the user, such information will be stored for a period of one year.
    Online service chat: Data are stored on the server of the Tawk.To tool for a period of one year.
    Cookies for statistical analysis: Data are stored on the Google Analytics tool server for a period of one year.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, with the city of Caxias do Sul/RS being elected to settle any litigation or controversy involving this document, except for specific reservation of personal, territorial or functional competence by the Applicable Law.
