Casa del Árbol

Casa del Árbol is located in the Runtún farmhouse at 2660 meters above sea level. It is one of the best places to observe the Mama Tungurahua. On the way you will see the impressive waterfalls of Chamana and Ulba.

In the Tree House you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view of the Tungurahua Volcano accompanied by a delicious coffee.

In this place we will also be able to witness a talk that the lookout Carlos Sanchez usually gives to tourists, showing them different types of stones and ash that has fallen in the place and the history of the eruptive process of the Tungurahua Volcano.

If you are a lover of adventure and adrenaline, you will be able to rock in the famous Swing of the End of the World, something unique that Ecuador has. Where when you rock you will feel the sensation that you fall to the precipice.

On your way back, you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Baños de Agua Santa, accompanied by a delicious coffee at CAFÉ DEL CIELO, a coffee shop at the foot of Runtún hill.

CAFE DEL CIELO we do it from the shifts of 12h00 onwards, since this cafeteria is open from 1:00 p.m.
