Altiplanic Lagoons

We leave from San Pedro to the south to arrive in approximately 90 minutes to the village of Socaire known for its prehistoric cultivation terraces. After a full breakfast in Socaire we will visit the Altiplánicas Meñiques and Miscanti Lagoons, located at the foot of the majestic volcanoes and the Andes mountain range. The elegant vicuñas emphasize the blue color of the lagoons and the ocher of the pastures that surround them. On the way back we enter the great Salar de Atacama until we reach Chaxa Lagoon where the three species of flamingos that exist in Chile live and coexist: Andean flamenco, Chilean flamenco, and James flamenco.
The tour ends with a visit to the town of Toconao where we know the Church of San Lucas.
