FULL DAY BASE TORRES DEL PAINE

Departure from Puerto Natales

At 6:20 am we will come to you to your lodging in the city of Puerto Natales.

07:00 am we will drive on a regular bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park, arriving at the entrance of Laguna Amarga. At this point we will check in at the Conaf goal. Here is a brief talk of the National Park and we will see a mandatory video of the Park and its care. Then, we will take a van from Laguna Amarga towards Central Tower.

In Torre Central we will make a stop for snack and already with back pack of attack, we begin the ascent at 12:00 pm approximately towards the viewpoint:

"Base Towers".
The walk is by a path of high difficulty, uphill and bordering Mount Almirante Nieto, on the left and the Valley and Rio Asencio, on the right, arriving at the shelter El Chileno where we will make a stop to rest. From there, we will walk under the forest of Lengas and rivers that feed the main stream of the Ascencio to reach the Morrena where we can see the tips of Las Torres; we continue climbing 1 hour more, until arriving at the Torres Base Viewpoint (890 masl) where you can appreciate the granite massifs that rise up to 2850 masl. Adorned by a lagoon at the foot of the base and a glacier hanging by its side, thus building a natural wonder visited by thousands of people every season.

After visiting the viewpoint of the Torres del Paine, we return to our transport and we will go to your lodging in Puerto finalizing this wonderful experience.
